Reports To: Rickman Manager

 

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work longer than an 8 hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good Knowledge of Sound, Lighting, and Videography Equipment

Responsibilities:

• Make sure clients’ needs are met before, during, and after shows
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
• Train new employees
• Maintain building upkeep during shows (i.e. bathrooms, lobby, stage, etc.)
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
• Make sure building is secured before leaving
